A full spectrum of signage throughout each property, plus:

  • Altered traffic flow to support 6-foot spacing
  • Removed brochure racks
  • Removed unnecessary furnishings
Public Restrooms

Elevated cleaning protocols, as well as:

  • Closure of some stalls and other facilities to allow for social distancing
  • Auto (touchless) soap dispensers with antibacterial soap
  • Disabled air-blow hand dryers, paper products provided

Your vacation residence and resort are cleaned utilizing our enhanced cleaning processes. At each Hyatt Residence Club resort, a dedicated Hygiene Manager is responsible for the property adhering to new enhanced cleaning protocols, including:

  • Colleague certification, trainings and recertification process for hygiene and cleanliness
  • Increased frequency of cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces and areas such as lobbies, guestrooms, restaurants, recreational areas, public restrooms, fitness centers, elevators, all employee areas, and more
  • Protective face coverings and other personal protective equipment worn by resort colleagues, as applicable for their positions

You can help us to care for the well-being of all members, guests and colleagues by following these recommended actions:

  • Thank you for social distancing by maintaining a 6-foot distance from others
  • Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with soap and water or use hand sanitizer
  • Do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary personal contact
  • Wear a face covering to protect yourself and others
  • Avoid any public space and refrain from travel if you have a cough, fever, or generally feel unwell
